Mar 15, 2013 8:32 AM in response to LionMamaby randers4,If it's just older photos that you don't see on your iPad, it's because photo stream only keeps photos in your photo stream for 30 days (even though they will remain longer on your devices). If you enabled photo stream on your iPad after your iPhone, you will only get photos from the last 30 days (as the others are no longer there).
If, however, these are new photos that aren't syncing, save your photo stream photos to your camera roll by opening your my photo stream album, tap Edit, tap all the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll. Then go to Settings>iCloud, turn photo stream Off, then after a minute or so, turn it back On. Then take a new photo and see if it syncs to your other device after a minute or so. Try this on one device first. If it still doesn't sync, try it on the other.

Do your devices have Photo Sharing turned on in Settings>iCloud>Photos and does your Mac have Photo Sharing checked in System Preferences>iCloud>Photos>Options?
