I use Aperture 3.4.3 and Entourage 2008 (12.3.6) in MAC OS X (10.7.5). To email pictures I can only choose Mail or Outlook in the Aperture menu - but not MS Entourage - any solutions?

No, Aperture 3.4.3 can only work with 64bit, sandboxed plug-ins. I doubt there will ever be an update to Entourage that will conform to these requirements, since it is an old Carbon application.
Aperture 3.4 and later: Some third-party plug-ins are no longer compatible
