Q: Cannot download bootcamp driver / windows support software

Hello.

After upgrading to 10.8.3, i wanna re-download the bootcamp driver for installed windows. But the downloading processing paused on the half of the progress bar, and no more network flow either. Wait for more than half an hour and restart this progress manually, still no luck.

Is there anyone in the same boat? How to avoid this?

Same boat here with me in Holland ! Trying all afternoon now, progress bar halts at 50%. I don't know what's wrong, maybe the servers at apple ? Good luck though !

Even though the link says the driver supports Windows 7, according to this article it will also support Windows 8.

Is there a direct download link outside of the bootcamp assistant? If anyone has successfully downloaded the file would you be willing to host it on a usenet server or a torrent site? Im sure alot of people will appreciate it.
