Asterisk and Command Full Stop key commands not working in Logic 9

Hi,

This week some of my key commands in Logic have stopped working. Asterix to start recording (the screen now just flicks) and Command Full Stop to delete current recording and return to start (it now just carries on recording).

Stangely though, the space bar and enter key are operating as usual. Also, all screensets are working.

This is not the end of the world as I can use the mouse, but I miss them.

Have a look at Logic Pro > Preferences > Key Commands over at the magical top left hand corner and then you can make the key commands do whatever you want - there are a lot there and nobody uses all of them, its a matter of finding a quick way to the stuff you do most often.
