Apple TV blocking Netflix outside home.

I installed Apple TV at home this weekend and was able to watch Netflix on it without a problem. I can watch Netflix on my iphone and ipad in my home no problem, but I cannot watch Netflix outside my home on my ipad or iphone now. I was able to watch Netflix at work last week, but since I installed Apple TV at home no luck. Netflix sent me to Apple, Apple wanted $19.95 to help me. I thought I'd see if anyone else had this problem before I dished out more money to Apple.
