Home sharing has stopped works since i updated iTunes

Cracking up here, simply want to watch a movie on my apple tv. recently updated iTunes, checked the home sharing is turned on but the ATV consistently says not connected/unable to connect etc.

Getting a bit ******.

Anyone any ideas?

Is it a bug in iTunes, have seen a few threads that sugggest so.

Im running a iMac 3.06Ghz Intel i3 with OSX 10.8.3.

Please help...
