My MacBook Air fan has a buzzing noise coming from it what shall I do?

The other day just out of knowhere I heard a buzzing noise coming from the fan, so I restarted it. It stayed the same the noise was still there. I reset SMC but nothing happened. Am I right to think that a screw has come loose or there is dust in the fan.

If anyone knows please post a reply.

Don't try any open it yourself. You're still in warranty to make Apple fix it. They'll be happy to.

I got my Mac last year, but I don't want to have to take it to the Apple Store in London though.
