I cant get rid of "Do you want to accept incoming connection"

hello, i have recently went into firewall settings and deleted some of the applications from allowing incoming connections. Now I did this because everytime I play minecraft, and go into multipllayer, a nontification will appear and ask for incoming connections. I always hit yes. Anyways Now I cant even join my own bukkit server even after port forwarding. Now I can solve this problem but not the random " Do you accept incoming connections from minecraft.app". I checked my firewall pane and minecraft is allowing incoming connections? LOL, Help?
