I have Model A1430. It show that it has LTE (700/2100Mhz) If I use 4G sim, would it work on that?

I have bought IPAD (3rd Generation) Model A1430 in Australia. It show that it has LTE (700/2100Mhz) If I use 4G sim, would it work on that?

I have same issue going on with Vodafone,


Had conversation with Apple and Vodafone.


Vodafone technical people or so ignorant that they dont even know what frequency is Vodafone 4G,

I am planning to take it further unless I receive apology from vodafone, as I was paying for this IPad from last 18 months thinking that its 4G device. and now I come to know that its not 4G compatible with any Australian network.
