Address Book Highlight in Color?

I use the Note feature in Address Book Version 6.1.3 (1091) with some pretty long filled fields. When searching for a single word, the pale grey search highlight is almost invisible without tedious line-by-line scrutiny.

Is there a way to change the color of the grey highlight to any color so finding results is simpler in a busy black and white field?
