Q: Is there a way for me to identify the serial of my macbk pro, i do not have access to it. through itunes??? I have my iphone,, please help!!!

I know I have seen the serial number on the main "sign in" screen.

can you please help me find a way?

Hello!!!!! No one at the actual apple call center will answer either, can someone please give me some productive adivce. both my iphone and BOOK are crashing and I have to make an appointment asap.!!!!!

If bought from apple in last 18 mnths may be on your order list
sign in to apple.com with your apple id and check your purchases

No was 2 years ago. What's the fastest way to get an appointment with a real person who won't rush me out the door. Genius Bar appoinment? everything was totally backed and and is almost totally gone from the cloud, my book and iphone. thanks so much for anything you can do to help

Isn't it silkscreened on the bottom with your model number?

Well log in with that id and check your macbook order

Do you have the macbnook with you, if so go to the apple logo on the menu bar select about this mac and doube click on the version

or

Phisically look for it

It's on the bottom of your laptop. Look for it there.

The easiest way is
System Information (in Utilities):
click it and on the opening page is everything you search for.
