i cannot update my itunes. i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but now it wont even let me reinstall. every time i try the internet shuts down
Any help appreciated. I can't find my serial number since itunes is now uninstalled. I'm was also getting random messages when it was installed that said it needed to be updated and also iPhone found but....can't remember. That message popped up even when iPhone not attached to computer
