css3 border radius bad on iPad with retina display

Hey,

If you visit http://www.teet.be you will see a 'coming soon'-image with green borders.

Those borders seem not to work on my iPad (64GB with retina display, iOS 6.1.2).

I tested Safari and Chrome on this iPad, but with bad result.

All the rest of my browser-testing on Windows-PC shows it correctly (IExplorer, Opera, Chrome)

Is this a bug or am i wrong coding?

Thanks in advance.

One solution can be that i integrate the border in my image, so i don't need to use css3, but the problem of css3 in Safari isn't fixed that way...
