Q: I can not connect to i-tunes store, have followed all the trouble shooting, used to be able to connect easily

I cannot connect to the itunes store, have followed the troubleshooting info on the website. Any ideas?

Is iTunes endlessly saying "Accessing iTunes Store"? Or is something a bit different going on?

It goes to library, when I click on store it it comes up with the word store , but doesn't click into it.

Okay. With that one, just in case, let's check for LSP trouble as per the following document:

Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
