iPhone invisible icons

Hi.... whenever I restart my springboard(iphone), I get like 5 pages of just invisible icons. When I press and hold on one of them, it gives me the option to delete it(Are you sure you want to delete the bookmark " "?.

I deleted them all then restarted my Springboard and they all returned! I have no clue what's happening but it's really frustrating. They also mess all my icons up since they go in random places on the first 2 pages of app icons.

Any solutions will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
