Programs randomly crashing

I've recently had a near consistent problem with crashing. Photoshop in particular crashes alot, but I've also had Console crash as well. Recently, I've had issues where the screen suddenly goes black (the entire screen, not just the file). Here's a crash report from one of the recent crashes in Photoshop. I can't make heads or tails from these things, but maybe someone might be able to diagnose what is causing the problem. Would greatly appreciate it.
