How do I add a printer, after deleting it by mistake?

Help. I was trying to print something on our desktop Imac g5. The printer was working fine, I also have it connected to mac book pro. Up until yesterday, the printer was working, now it is not. I accidentally deleted the printer, and now do not know how to add it. The printer is an epson stylus CX4200.
