Q: Lost photos and videos

I upgraded from my iphone to iphone 4s. The sprint store transferred my contacts but not my pictures and videos I had on my old phone. Now I can't find them anywhere. What do I do?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.2

Unless you backup up earlier in iTunes or iCloud, sorry they are lost.

They should still be on the old device and frankly you should have been copying them off to a computer regularly. If you had been, simply sync them to the new device.
