This does not work.
It will not let me maually manage. The its going to erase everything message keeps being displayed.

You can manually sync as follows. But be aware - your iPhone is designed to sync to only one computer. I strongly recommend against trying to live with material on more than one computer on your iPhone.
What gets erased should be the contents of your iPhone. The iTunes material should remain.
