How I can restore purchased music in my iPhone from iTunes Store?

Ok, I just had this issue with an album that I purchased last weekend. You can solve this issue entirely from your phone and although you can solve it using your computer iTunes browser, it's not imperative. To recover purchased songs/albums that are not displaying a download icon to the right of them you first need to open your iTunes Store app. Next, while on the main page of the store, scroll all the way to the bottom where you should see your Apple ID boxed-in in a pressable button. Press it. When you do you will see 4 options to choose from. "View Apple ID" is at the top and the one you need to press. Next, it's going to ask for your fingerprint or your password. Once you have put in your password in the screen will come up giving you a number of options. Halfway down that page you will see an icon for hidden purchases. Press the icon and it will bring up a screen that shows you music movies and TV shows. Obviously click on Music and in the next screen you should see your purchased music that has been alluding you. All steps after this are pretty self-explanatory and I have absolute confidence that you can take it from here.

Depending upon what country that you are in then you might be able to re-download some/all of your iTunes music purchases via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your iPhone, or via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.

A device's backup doesn't contain any iTunes downloads, ideally you should be taking and maintaining your own backup of all of your downloads, as there is no guarantee that any item will remain in the store - content providers occasionally remove their items.

Reboot the device. It should resume the stalled downloads.
