Q: 4010 error in iTunes match

Trying to upload the contents of CDs for Fabric 52, Fabriclive 64 and Fabric 66 to iTunes Match. The majority of song just appear to remain in a 'waiting' state.

On attempting to restart match to retry an upload he system appears not to try to upload these files and show a 4010 error on occasion.

These have been transcoded to Apple lossless from the original CD. Some songs get uploaded ok. The songs all will transfer to my iPhone and play locally, so seem to meet the criteria for a file to be uploaded. They just appear greyed out on the iPhone when match is on within the iPhone, but will play from the local transfer.

Any ideas anyone? Apple support have just sent me a link, http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4054, but I can't see why the files not uploaded would meet this criteria.

I experience this issue on both iTunes innWindows 7 and on  MacBook with the latest OSx.

ITunes Match, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3), Latest iTunes version used

Ok, so I found my own fix for this.

For the Albums that appeared to only upload some songs with others greyed out on ITunes match with a persistent 'waiting' I used a different ripping software. Windows media player. Then I imported the same songs using iTunes to select the mp3 folder hosting the ripped files. They uploaded upon instigating the update iTunes Match. Afterwards I just deleted the still 'waiting' iTunes ripped files.

Hope this helps some with the 4010 error with uploading some files.
