    It's a really bad idea to post your email address - it's an invitation to spam - and I've asked the Hosts to remove it.

     

    Go to http://appleid.apple.com and click on 'Reset password': log in with the ID for this account (if it's an ex-MobileMe account the ID is your address). A new password will be sent to your associated email account, or you may have security questions set that you can answer.
