iCloud and Computer Sync

I have an iPhone that is backed up to icloud. The computer I used to add music, etc. crashed. I had put music from several CD's on it and synced them. Can I sync my iPhone with my new computer and not lose data? How? I keep getting messages that everything on my phone will be deleted if I want to sync info.
