Facetime hang

My Facetime on MacBook Pro gets a green screen and freezes 30 seconds into the call all the time, how can I fix this?

My iPhone 4S often restarts when I use Facetime as well, why is it doing this ?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)
