Iphone 4 não inicia - iPhone don't start

Aparece a maçã e não inicia. Depois de uns 15 segundos, o iphone reinicia. Já tentei resetar o iphone mas não resolve (não funciona o botão power com o botão de início pressionados). O iTunes não mostra o iphone na tela para voltar ao estado de fábrica. O que fazer?

My iphone show the "start Apple" and don't start. When I power the iphone after 10-15 seconds with the "Apple" in the screen, the iphone restart again and don't start. I try reset the iphone with the pressed buttoms power + start but the iphone don't reset. In iTunes the iphone don't appears to me restart in manufacter conditions. Help!
