I am in need of iDVD toi create a DVD from FCPx, please can you show me where I can download it from the official Apple site

Not possible through Apple downloads.
Look for a boxed edition of iLife (from 06 and higher) on an online retailer like Amazon or perhaps on eBay.

Karsten wrote a good post on this.
The easiest way to get it is if you have the original install disks from a previous Mac that you may have owned.
See the post for several options.
BTW, my 06 and higher isn't quite accurate. You may come across iLife 11 that does not include iDVD. Also, you may find it odd that iLife 06 is pricier than later versions. That 06 edition included the much-loved iMovie 06 HD, whereas the later editions included a totally re-designed iMovie.
