Rented Movie from iTunes - Cannot Find It On iPad or iPhone

I rented a movie from iTunes on my iPad (with Retina Display) and saw it downloading, but when it finished downloading, it seemed to have disappeared. I checked my Videos app, iTunes Store, etc. I contacted Apple Support & followed the instructions given to "Unhide" the movie. Unfortunately, I do not have the "Hide/Unhide" button I was instructed to select. I also restarted my device. I tried all of these things on my iPhone 5 as well --- no movie to be found.

I was charged for the rental. Please help. Thanks.
