Anytime I try and use safari it eventually closes and opens up the AppStore to the app, candy crush saga. I have tried restoring my phone two times second time starting as a new phone and the problem still persists. Before the AppStore automatically open the URL box in safari changes two or three times in a split second before changing to an aptrack.king URL and the opens up candy crush in the App Store.

Have done this repeatedly and also have tried clearing cookies, history & data with no success.
This started right after downloading two apps from the AppStore. I have deleted both apps, but problem still persists.

Clear safari history, and cache. Then reset your iPhone. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
Have you tried resetting your device by pressing and holding the Home button and power button until the silver apple appears?

Thank you everybody, but I think I found the solution on the gamefaq.com website! I went to Settings, clicked on General, then About and scrolled to the bottom, then clicked Limit Ad Tracker and from there I hit reset and turned the off switch to On and so far seems to be working!!!!!
The two apps were Cause of Death, and Popcorn, Soda... Murder?
Sounds like some ad being displayed on the gamefaq.com website is automatically opening a link to an App Store item, which will cause the App Store to open and display that item. I would recommend avoiding that site, as such behavior is at the very least in an ethical gray area. Although your iPhone cannot be infected with anything (unless you have jailbroken it), bad ads can be a source of malware on a desktop computer, so you really don't want to have anything to do with a site that allows such ads.
I was wrong, problem has not been fixed! I think I am just going to restore my phone as new! :(
Whoa totally off! LoL gamefaq wasn't redirecting me there, they simply had a solution to this ongoing problem with this adtrack.king virus that has been affecting iPhones and androids, but their solution didn't work. :(
