My iCloud account is not opening at all?

Sorry, don't know what would be causing that unless iCloud is having server issues with logins again (they were a couple of days ago). If they are, it doesn't show this on the iCloud system status (http://www.apple.com/asia/support/systemstatus/).


The only other thing I can think of is that your router may be blocking TCP port 443, or that you are having wifi connectivity issues with the iCloud servers. Don't know if it would help, but you could try unplugging your wifi router for 15 seconds, then plugging back in, then going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. You could also try configuring your router to use Google's public DNS (https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using).
