Updating to OS X Mountain Lion on MacBook Pro (bought in another country).

Hello. I bought my MacBook Pro in Poland, couple of years ago. I'm still using OS X 10.6.8. I want to use iCloud and I'm aware that I have to install new OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.

Will OS X Mountain Lion bought in the UK work on my MacBook?
