How do I pay and download a copy of iPhoto 9.x when I already have iPhoto on my machine that was bought by another apple id?

More info: I bought this used Mac Pro (2008) with Mountain Lion, iPhoto (iLife) reinstalled on it and I have paid for and installed Mountain Lion. Should my purchase of Mountain Lion include the iLife suite or do I have to buy each one separate?

I suspect that I have to buy them separate but how do I by them as when go to the App store the only option that I have is to update and not repurchase.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

iPhoto is not part of the Operating System. It does not come with Mountain Lion.

The vendor of the machine needs to sort out that Account problem, as he actually "owns" the app.

So I guess the best way to proced is to delete iPhoto from the system and under my account purchase a new copy. Do you know it that is the best way and will work?
