Home sharing works except with iPad 4th Gen. How to?

I set the id in music and then open the app all I get is a link to the store?

I don't want to buy music, I want to see the music and movies I have home shared from my itunes that I can see on my phone and laptop.

Once it all actually works I will enable match and then connect my apple tv.
