clash of clans keeps charging my card and I don't get my gems.
I am not trying to purchase them but it keeps charging to my card.
Ipod says gems recieved, but none are recieved so it charges again.
I call the ph number on the visa charge but apple sends me to a website. No help at all.

Did anyone figure why this keeps happening? I have been getting charged for over a year now and I didn't think much of it because it'd be small $10 amounts but that has happened many many times and has racked up over $1,000 through out the year. I put my credit card as my apple payment but somehow now the charges are going to my debit card which is strictly for my bills. I have NOT bought any gems nor received any and can't find any way to contact the COC creator. HELP

We are having same issue, I deleted the app many months ago on my sons phone and my credit card but whenever he inputs an itunes gift card, he wil get charged another 9.99 for gems he didn't buy, it is robbery and illegal. Anyone out there find anyway to get a hold of the company?
Could an auto-renewing subscription have been purchased? You need tounsupbscribe fro that. That may involve reinstalling the app.
