Print Screen on a Macbook pro

How do I do a Screen Shot on a Macbook Pro. On Windows there is a Print Screen button. What is the equivalent on the Macbook Pro.

Shift+command+3 takes a snapshot of the entire desktop.

Shift+command+4 lets you select portion of screen to capture. Press space after it to select a window.
