I charging my macbook pro 15" whole night buy the battery still 9% totally wont charged

Mine shows "Normal" condition. What does yours say?
If there is a lot of other items on the same circuit, it might not have enough wattage to charge the battery, use another in a empty/low use room as it likely will have more power.
Sometimes the connector doesn't fit snugly
Also do a #1 SMC reset

Hold the option/alt and click on the battery icon in the top right, if it says anything but "normal" then there is a issue try again in the morning once it's charged.
