inaccessible disk space in macbook pro

I ran Disk Expert and it showed that I had 30 GB of my 256 SSD drive used for the Guest account. I turned off the Guest account in the Users & Group panel in Systems Preferences then deleted the Guest folder from my SSD and re-ran Disk Expert. Disk Expert now shows 30 GB of Inaccessible Disk Space which after running OynX and rebooting Mountain Lion still shows up. I reran all disk checks from Disk Utility and no issue show up except it agreed with Disk Expert on the total space available which is 30 GB less now. The trash can is empty so how do I reclaim this 30 GB of inaccessible disk space?

Tried that and no help. if I do a Get Info in Finder on my SSD HD it shows the correct available GBs but Disk Utility and Disk Expert show 30 GB less (the inaccessible space) so that is confusing.

One of the other discussion links titled "Why does disk utility say I have less disk space than Finder does?" indicates that Time Machine is causing this issue. I went into the "About the Mac" clicked on the storage option and there was my missing 30 GB under Backups. Geez.
