If you upgrade the storage, you will pay the whole cost of the new storage, not the difference with the one you have now

But I just brought the 10gb less than 7 days ago, does this mean I get the 10gb and the 20gb for a total of 30gb?

Not exactly. You will get the total amount of 25 GB of storage (including the 5 GB of free storage)
