iDVD chapters
I've created an iMovie 11 DVD with 12 chapters. iDVD shows all the chapters, and they individually play, but chapter 6, while playing correctly, displays the wrong loop--chapter 6 loop starts at the beginning of the movie, not at the beginning of that chapter. How do I get chapter 6's loop to cycle through its own loop?

If one makes an iDVD project
Finds something in the movie in need of fixing
Returning to iMovie or FinalCut or any Video-editor
Fixing the problem
Returning to iDVD
iDVD WILL ASK YOU to Up-date or Cancel
NON will work - but set's off the iDVD BUG - resulting in (as I thought all Chapters now pointing to Start (Chapter-one) location
Medicine
• Not my favorite - in iDVD trash the movie and then clear all iDVD assets - can may be work
• My medicine - sour but works - Trash the iDVD project and start a brand new one and re-do it
AND do not go back to alter/fix any more - or just re-do the iDVD as many times You like till all works OK
BUT - there are a big difference - so the problem can be another - as You only got problem with chapter six ?
Hopefully You know about Chapters (set in iMovie or FinalCut are the same)
• NO Chapter Mark in the very beginning of Your movie - iDVD want's to set this by it self and by doing it iDVD gets funny
• NO Chapter Mark - In or within 2 seconds from Any Transitions At All !
(This can be worked around by first EXPORT out Your movie as Full Quality QuickTime .mov then Import this as a new Movie project - and now all texts and transitions is glued into the movie (and can not be edited) and NOW You can set Chapters Wherever You want - sans in very beginning)

I was having the same problem and accidentally discovered if you have a chapter menu page contains 3 or less chapters, then click on the chapter icon and press "command-i" to bring up the button info. Then you'll see an custom thumbnail box and a movie slider. You can drop any photo as your chapter icon, or use the movie slider (it works properly here) to pick the desire scene. Once you're done, you can add move the other chapters backs (to more than 3) and they will keep their settings.
