Keynote for iPad: Collecting and presenting data

Is there anyway to collect and present data on Keynote for iPad by detecting how many times or for how long a button/link/defined space is touched/pressed and then performing simple calculations and presenting such data as a slide?

In other words, imagine you have a quiz where each slide consists of a question with multiple choice answers. Is there a way to detect that the user has pressed A,B,C or D for each question and then calculating and presenting the results in a new slide?
