Installing app softwares on multiple computers

I have to macs in my household one is with me and the other one with my son.

We both have different apple ID's but the same house and want to share the apps that we buy

for example, I recently bought mountain lion for my PC and want to install it on his laptop as well

As per this article it says I can do that http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4854 (but can I do that if our apple ID's are different)???

Thank you, for taking time and reading my question!

That article is about installing Lion or Mountain Lion on multiple computers using the same Apple ID. If you want to install Mountain Lion on your son's Mac, you'll have to use your own Apple ID (or whichever you purchased ML with) to download and install on that computer.

AFAIK, there's no 'sharing' of apps with multiple Apple ID's.
