That's one of the permissions issues you can safely ignore. See > http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1448 Leave that as it is and don't worry.
Those permissions are often caused by OS X. Some of them may damage something, and that's why it's so important to repair them, but there are others that don't do anything and you can leave without worrying, like the one you have mentioned
