can i sign in to my itunes account on my friends ipad to buy a movie for him?

my friend has a UK itunes account and want a movie that's not available on his itunes.

can i sign into my US itunes account from his ipad and download the movie for him?

when i sign out and remove my account from his ipad, would the movie disappear from his downloaded video library?
