HOW DO I RESTORE MY INFORMATION TO MY IPHONE 4

My phone went off and than when i turned it on i had a no service signal and i had to register my phone again. so when i connected with the w-fi it updated my phone with my husband's iphone. My husband and my phone are both register under my email, how can i restore my phone with my apllications and settings?
