Q: only a portion of the song I purchased downloaded to my mac, but is there for my iPhone how do I fix it?

I downloaded a song from Itunes but it only downloaded a portion of the song onto my macbook, but when I go to my Iphone the whole song is there...how do I fix it on my computer?
