Empty Trash with Time Machine

Time Machine backed up some files I do not want backed up. I dragged them to the trash and tried secured delete, option delete and tried "chflags -R nouchg " in terminal and the trash will not empty. I cannot drag these files anywhere.

I figured it out! I downloaded Cocktail. I than renamed the folders in the trash. You are asked to authenticate every time so this took some time. I don't know if this had anything to do with anything but it worked. Than I opened cocktail and chose "files" from the top menu (NOT THE PULLDOWN) than I chose "Locked" and I was able to drag my folders one by one to Cocktail. Not everything in the folder gets deleted. You may get an error message. I was able to choose empty securely inside of the trash window...and EVERYTHING was gone out of the trash! How about that for a MONDAY?! 🙂 Thanks Eric and Lex for your help!
