Red Footage turning green on Log and Transfer

I'm trying to log and transfer some footage shot on a Red camera. I've got the plug in. When I capture, it works for a little while, then all the footage turns solid green! I can see green in the Log and Transfer window too. I've tried this on two computers and I am getting the same thing happening. I've got all the raw footage saved on an internal hard drive. Any ideas?
