I got the paid version of Angry Birds and since my computer doesn't want to work anymore, I can't get it back. I attempted to get the app on my ipod but I get this message......
Its been about 8 months since I got the app. I'm running iOS 4.2.1
ALSO: If I would be able to get it back (after my computer is repair) is the older version still playable.

It is not compaible with the iOS on yer iPod the app requires:

I suspect you have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1.

Your only way is if you have the version that was compatible on your computer such as in the recycle bin/trash or in a computer file backup. In that case delete the current version that is in your iTunes App library and replace it with the older version. Then sync. You can only get the current version of apps from the App store.
