My Iphone5 battery is depleting within 8hours after 100% charging I have uninstalled all the un necessary apps turned off location service is it a hardware issue

If the iPhone is in an area with very poor cellular reception, staying connected to the cellular connection takes power. One test you could try is putting the iPhone in Airplane Mode for a while to see if that helps.
