hi i have some queston about my phone it broke n i only had it for 3 weeks now n forgot to put warranty wat can i do

Apple doesn't fix iPhones, they replace them. If your phone is out of warranty, as already provided, an out of warranty replacement will cost you US $149.
And yes, you have to turn in your existing phone...must be in one piece.
This works as a replacement, you have to provide the damaged iPhone and get it replaced. What is broken about it?

it fell n the front screen came off and the screen glass broke n eveything just got mest up
You're mostly out of luck then, as you can't do an out of warranty exchange by turning in a bag of broken parts.
If just a broken screen, that's OK.
