PLS Help! - Kernel Panic on new 12core / 64 gig / ML

Hi all,

I bought a new (;-) 12 core but get frequently crashes and reboots.

I would need the machine for an urgent render job. But if it is a serious problem, I will send it back to the dealer.

The mac pro has been upgraded to 64 gig ram (kingston)

Perhaps it is a bad ram. I'm currently testing with memtest in singe mode.

I read many posts about similar issues but don't get the error. Perhaps someone of you can help locating the problem.

Any Ideas?
